IS SHIPPING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
The monthly rum release shipping is fixed at $15 and always shown separately to the rum pricing. It is fixed at $15, no matter how many you order, so order up!
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP? IS THERE ANY FEES?
If you do wish to cancel your membership, simply email us directly at email@example.com. Remember there are no cancellation fees and you can rejoin at no cost anytime.
I’M CONCERNED ABOUT GIVING MY CREDIT CARD/PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Rum Tribe has very high security, encryption and privacy standards. We will never sell or share with anyone your personal information. Our website and membership system is secured with SSL encryption on all pages including checkout and we do not store your payment details, they are stored on our secure merchants servers (Paypal and Stripe).
MY PAYMENT COULDN’T BE PROCESSED?
Don’t worry of if your payment couldn’t process for whatever reason on the ordering date. We will send you an email advising you and generally you will have 5 days to change or update your payment details if required and we will retry your payment so your rum can get to its rightful home.
HOW AND WHEN AM I BILLED?
Your monthly order total will be processed every month on the 5th of the month using the payment method you have listed on your account. The total billed will depend on whether you add additional products (or $0 if you skip the month).
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY RUM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Simple, we will replace it. Our specialist packaging for bottles rarely allows for damaged bottles, but if it does simply email the details with a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get another dispatched to you as soon as possible.
WILL I LIKE THE RUM?
Well we hope so! But rum is a subjective thing and what one person loves the other only likes. We always source high quality rum that we think is exceptional but to help you, we provide full tasting notes by our resident experts.
CAN I GET EXTRA BOTTLES?
Yes! Easily! Each month you can increase your order (subject to availability) through the website. There is always full instructions on the release email you receive and you can log into your Rum Tribe account and make any changes before the cut off date of the 5th.
HOW MUCH DOES THE RUM COST?
The price of each rum varies each month but generally it is between $100 and $160 per bottle. The price of each months rum is shown in the Rum of the Month newsletter and you can see previous rum release pricing. With our buying power these prices are cheaper than you would get in bottle shops and most of our releases are difficult to obtain in Australia.
CAN I LEAVE THE CLUB AT ANY TIME?
Like our no fees at all approach, you can leave The Rum Tribe at any time. You can skip as many releases as you want or cancel altogether. We also make it very easy for you to rejoin (since there is no joining fees).
DO I NEED TO SIGN A CONTRACT? ARE THERE JOINING/MEMBERSHIP FEES?
Absolutely not. Contracts are for gyms and phone companies. There are no contracts, no joining fees, no cancellation fees and while we are at it, no monthly minimum purchases or admin fees.
Your membership can be cancelled at any time and while active you have access to our monthly Rum Tribe releases. If you do nothing in the 5 days, your payment details will be charged and your rum shipped, but you can also easily opt-out for that month (or order more!)
HOW DO I JOIN/SIGNUP TO THE RUM TRIBE?
Click the Join link! Choose your subscription type, enter your details and payment information and your on your way. Sit back and you will get the next rum announcement and tasting notes and you are on your way to enjoying the world’s premium rum’s.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY RUM?
We publish our monthly dates the home page but generally you receive your rum delivery around the second week of the month (depending on where you live in Australia). We send you the tracking number as soon as it is dispatched so you can check out where your rum is.
HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK
We pride ourselves on our safe and fast delivery. Each month when you have completed your order, we process your payment and package your order up in specialist, protective packaging and get it to you. We also send you the tracking number so you can see the status of your delivery.
